Here's is Pa's very first grand-baby!

A filly out of Zephyr Stormy Chance-AKA Stormy. The filly's sire is Chance for Treasure (owned by Paula Winskye of ND)-a black son of Goldust Royal Trigger-Grace Larson's stallion.
The filly's name is "Zephyr Burke's Legacy" AKA Legacy. She was born the day after Paula's old gelding-Burke died. Paula named her after him. I know he was over 25. Paula did a lot of showing on Burke. He was a good, honest horse.
Burke was the very first walking horse that I ever rode. He was so SMOOOTH. I've been hooked on this breed ever since that ride.

It is funny how that hind sock keeps popping up in Pa's offspring-and now even in his grand babies. :-)
